I didn’t create EBD because the world needed another Human Design certification.

I created it because I kept seeing the same thing: The same advice would change one person’s life and completely miss another.

And the more I worked with people, the less interested I became in finding a “better” formula and applying it harder.

When I found Human Design, it gave language to something I had already sensed for years:

DIFFERENT PEOPLE NEED DIFFERENT SUPPORT.

It helped me see the patterns underneath behavior. The different ways people make decisions, process pressure, communicate, learn, lead, work, relate, and change.

But then I watched Human Design itself become another rulebook.

Another set of labels. Another authority telling people who they were and what they should do.

That didn’t make sense to me either, so EBD became the place where I could teach this differently:

mechanics + intuition
framework + context
knowledge + observation
self-awareness + actual change

A way to use Human Design without losing the human.

(Let humans human!)

You know your Type. Your Authority. Your Profile. You know which Centers are open.

You’ve read the books. Saved the posts. Listened to the podcasts.

And you are not looking for another basic introduction.

You want depth and actual application. Nuance.

You want to know how to actually use this.

And whether you plan to make Human Design central to your work or simply integrate it into what you already do, the desire is the same:

To stop thinking: “I know this is relevant, but I don’t know enough to touch it.”

To stop outsourcing the Human Design piece.

To understand the system well enough that it strengthens the coaching, teaching, consulting, healing, leadership, or creative work you already care about.

You do not need to become “the Human Design person.”

You need enough depth that Human Design becomes useful.

And eventually you run into the real gap:

Knowing the information is not the same as knowing what to do with it.

A client tells you she knows exactly what she needs to do, but she still won’t do it.

You pull up her chart and suddenly there are forty-seven things you could say.

Cool. Helpful. So what actually matters? Which part of the chart is relevant now?

Is the thing you’re noticing useful… or are you projecting?

What question do you ask next? What do you leave out?

And because you care about doing this well, the instinct is to learn more.

Another book. Another training. Another interpretation.

Until eventually the question becomes:

How much do I need to know before I can trust myself to use what I already know?

Because you don’t want your client leaving thinking: “That was interesting.”

You want her leaving thinking:

You want to recognize the pattern beneath the behavior.

Know exactly where to investigate. Ask the question that opens something up.

Know which part of the chart matters… and which twenty-seven pieces can wait.

That requires something harder to memorize:

discernment.

The ability to know what matters for this person, in this moment.

Information tells you: This person has an undefined Heart.

Discernment asks: How is that actually operating in this person’s life?

Information tells you: This client has Emotional Authority.

Discernment asks: What has taught her not to trust her own process, and how is that affecting the decision in front of her now?

The chart gives you data.

It does not tell you which piece matters most in this conversation.

Your client is not a collection of placements. She is a whole person.

She tells you what’s happening. You listen. You notice the thing she keeps repeating.

The problem that sounds more like a symptom.

You ask a question. She answers. You check the chart. Something sharpens.

This is the pattern that matters right now.

You can explain what you see without vomiting an entire BodyGraph onto her.

Challenge without overriding. Validate without rescuing. Use the chart without turning it into a verdict.

And when something doesn’t fit neatly into what you learned? You get curious.

You stay with the human instead of retreating into the framework.

That is mastery to me.

Not always having The Answer. Knowing how to find what matters.

See people differently.

Recognize patterns faster. Ask better questions. Make fewer assumptions. Customize instead of prescribe.

See yourself differently.

Notice where you override yourself. Shape-shift. Prove. Rescue. People-please. Overthink. Look outside yourself for an answer you already have.

EBD is not going to solve every problem in your life. It does something more useful:

It helps you understand yourself well enough to know which problem you are actually solving… and trust yourself to solve it.

Build differently.

Stop trying to become the person who can sustain someone else’s business model. Build around the person actually running yours.

Your marketing gets sharper because you understand the patterns your people are really living. Your offers become more intelligent. Your client experience becomes more individualized. And your positioning shifts from:

How do I make my work look different? to: Of course this work is different. I see something different.

Human Design does not have to become your whole business. It can become one powerful lens inside the work you already do.

This is not another thing you have to build beside your work.

It makes the work you already do better.

The October 2026 Cohort

The core Human Design + certification experience runs from early October through the beginning of March.

We’ll take one week off for Thanksgiving and two weeks across Christmas + New Year’s.

Then we move directly into the business implementation intensive through approximately early April.

Become an official Embodied by Design® Certified Practitioner.

If you want to be certified and use the Embodied by Design® method professionally, you’ll need to:

• Complete a short written exam

• Submit 2 recorded client or practice sessions

• Attend at least 75% of live office hours & practice sessions

This ensures you’re not just learning the system, but embodying it in your own voice and practice.

Once Certified, You’ll Receive:

• An official certification badge

• A listing in the Practitioner Directory on my website

• Opportunities to be featured or referred for client work + events
