Krystal Woods is a mom of two, speaker, business mentor for creative founders, and Human Design specialist. She is the creator of the Embodied by Design® practitioner certification, Work Weekend retreats for creatives, and hosts the Under the Surface podcast. She has been featured in Authority, Disrupt, and Life Goals magazines, House of Wealth Embodiment, the Vortex, Manifestation U, and dozens of business and spirituality podcasts. She has served hundreds of clients all over the globe and currently resides in Mystic, CT.
Krystal is passionate about helping creative business owners (like you!) to blend their unique special sauce, energy, purpose, and passions, with intentional and aligned strategy so that they can confidently live out their potential while achieving a life of freedom. This unique blend of Doing and Being has helped Krystal to build a sustainable, profitable, trusted online business with over 10k incredible humans in her community (while raising 2 small children by herself).
Krystal is multi-passionate and has a background in psychology, the food and beverage industry, and fitness/wellness. She has been trained and mentored (both formally and informally) in Human Design and business since 2016.
In Human Design speak, Krystal is a 1/3 emotional Manifestor with the cross of Explanation. She’s here to learn through lots of research and experimentation, then share what she learns in order to initiate you into your own transformation.
