This class is open to anyone (18+) with a desire to move and be surrounded by dynamic, creative energy! Whether you've been a dancer your whole life, briefly took ballet as a child, or have never taken a class before, I challenge you to push past your comfort zone and join us for some sweet, sweaty moves!

Class will begin with a 15-20 minute warm-up & stretch, then I will teach a piece of original choreography in the style of either jazz, open, contemporary jazz, hip hop, or some combination (whatever I'm feeling that day). My vision is that we will cultivate a community of people coming together to create, get a little uncomfortable, have a lot of fun, and make some great connections.
