You’ll want to plan for 3–7 hours per week, depending on your pace and depth of engagement. This includes pre-recorded modules, embodiment practices, and live calls (or replays). You can go deeper if you have the space—or move more slowly and still get incredible results.
To become an Embodied by Design® Certified Practitioner, you’ll need to:
Complete all core curriculum modules Attend at least 75% of live office hours + practice sessions Submit a short written exam (or oral exam upon request) Submit 2 recorded sessions with volunteer clients, demonstrating your ability to guide using Human Design
You’ll have 12 months from the program start date to complete all requirements. You’ll also get lifetime access to the course content—so there’s plenty of spaciousness if life happens.
The Spring 2025 cohort kicks off the week of April 15 with Welcome Week and our first live lecture. Live sessions run through the end of September.
Live calls take place Tuesdays at 12 PM Eastern, alternating between story-style lectures and office hours/practice sessions. The full schedule is available [here]. All calls are recorded and uploaded within 24 hours.
We get it—life’s full. You’re expected to attend at least 75% of office hours/practice calls to be eligible for certification, but all calls are recorded and accessible for replay. If you choose to go the self-guided track, you are not required to attend any live calls unless you desire to!
Not in the general admission tier. Krystal facilitates all live lectures and office hours and is active in the community space weekly. If you’d like private mentorship, consider the VIP tier, which includes 1:1 access and ongoing Voxer support.
