2020 Vision, Intentions, and Goals

Anyway, I’m not really a New Years Resolutions girl, but the New Year does feel like a great time to reflect on the past year and set aligned intentions with specific, actionable goals behind them. In this episode, I break down my process for goal setting and share what my goals are for every area of my life in 2020. The first step in my process is reflection. I learned a lot in 2019 and the goals that I set in this podcast episode are definitely a result of lessons learned. In 2019, I also studied Human Design, which taught me a lot about how manifestation works specifically for me. In this podcast episode, I’ll tell you exactly how to find this in your chart too.
The next step in my process is setting intentions to turn into specific goals (because I’m a specific manifester and I need things clearly laid out to flow; to learn about your chart, click here). I like to set intentions for 7 different areas of my life. The first couple areas are about me, because I have to take care of myself first. I start with my own health and spirituality, move into my personal relationships, and then further into community and bigger picture focuses.
For example, the first area of life that I set goals in is my health. I start with the intentions to be healthy, get stronger, and continue healing my relationship with food. Being a specific manifester, I also have to set clear goals from my intentions, so I set a goal to get into a consistent workout routine, specifically working out three times a week… and go for walks with my kids (because it feels good). And really, Gala Darling says it best: “Feeling good is your job.”
